New Kindle Book Series A Gentle Letter from Lina to You: Day 1

Living between England and Japan—including years in a restored traditional wooden house surrounded by the forests of Kyushu—her writing draws from classical domestic crafts, architectural textures, and journeys across the globe.

Author of several books, including She Forgot How to Live for Herself, she explores the unhurried elegance of daily habits: the morning bowl of whisked matcha, the play of natural light upon cedar boards, and everyday tools shaped by skilled artisans.

Lina Whitmore’s Quiet Luxury Choice curates refined stays, unhurried travels, and thoughtful reflections on the understated textures of domestic elegance.
